Some of the game's funniest moments came straight from his back and forth with the girls, especially Nadine. Sam actually threw me off-guard I don't think anyone was expecting another protagonist from a past game to return, and as much as I really would've preferred Cutter (who was criminally underused, mind you), I'm impressed that ND managed to keep that under wraps for as long as they did. The fact that most of his dialogue just boiled down to "the old kings this, the young kings that" didn't help either. I get that there has to be an excuse for you to fight off goons and whatnot in these games, but that bit of the story could've been handled a bit better. The antagonist Asav was pretty cool, and while I found him more interesting than Nadine in U4, I don't get why he goes through all that trouble of getting the Tusk for a bomb when he could probably already afford the thing in the first place.

One is laid-back and sarcastic but still knowledgeable, whereas the other is strict and tough but still has a bit of a soft, caring side that's tucked away for anyone who deserves it. I was kind of surprised by not only how well Chloe fit as the protagonist, but the dynamic between her and Nadine. This game definitely isn't the same without Nate, but I think it's a nice spin-off (nothing really grand of epic, just your typical Uncharted adventure), especially if you were aching for more Uncharted after U4.
